A new 2-packaged polyurethane that has superior lucency was developed. Polyurethane is composed of isocyanates (Patron-A) and polyol (Patron-B). Patron-A was prepared from isocyanates (MDI, TDI), plasticizer (DBP) and castor oil. For the synthesis of Patron-B, polyester polyol (TMP, NPG, adipic acid), castor oil and phosphorus flame retardant were used as raw materials. The reaction was carried out at 720 torr by adding raw materials with reaction catalyst, antifoaming agent and fungicides. The physical and chemical properties of patron-A and patron-B were investigated. The structure and thermal properties of polyurethane were measured using FT-IR and TGA. Other Properties required for industrial PCB coating polyurethane were confirmed by official authenticating agencies. A new product has similar properties and price competitiveness with existing products but excellent lucency.

기존제품에 비하여 투명성이 뛰어난 새로운 2액형 폴리우레탄을 제조하였다. 개발된 폴리우레탄은 이소시아네이트 화합물(patron-A)과 폴리올 화합물(patron-B)로 구성되어 있다ㅏ. Patron-A 제조에 사용된 원료는 이소시아네이트(MDI, TDI), 가소제(DBP) 및 castor oil 등이다. Patron-B 제조는 폴리에스테르 폴리올(TMP, NPG, Adipic acid), castor oil 및 인계 난연제 등이 원료로 사용되었다. 두 제품 모두 진공의 조건에서 반응촉매, 소포제, 방미제 등을 첨가하여 제조하였다. 제조된 patron-A, patron-B의 각종 물성을 측정하고, 이를 혼합한 폴리우레탄의 구조 및 열적 특성을 FT-IR과 TGA로 확인하였다. 기타 상용제품으로써 필요한 물성들에 대하여 공인시험기관의 인증을 받음으로써 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 개발된 제품은 기존 제품과 동등한 물성과 가격 경쟁력을 확보하고 있으면서도 뛰어난 투명성을 가지고 있다.
